Mark is a people-focused multidisciplinary engineer with more than 26 years of experience leading the development of comprehensive building services solutions that exemplify strategically considered design and deliver lasting value for the people and communities they serve.

His extensive portfolio has a strong focus on the education and health and aged care sectors, including diverse learning and specialist facilities at government and independent schools and tertiary campuses across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

In his role as Project Director, Mark provides strong design leadership and stewardship from initial project scoping through to completion. He applies his capability for big-picture thinking and high-level problem-solving to guide foundational design decisions that set projects up for success. His dedication to building strong rapport with clients and consultant teams, combined with his innate ability to quickly assess both immediate and longer-term challenges, consistently adds value and helps achieve cost-effective solutions.

Beyond technical delivery, Mark takes genuine pride in nurturing BRT’s positive, collaborative work culture, actively enabling strong work-life balance for his team. His leadership includes mentoring and quality assurance oversight, recognising that supporting his team creates the foundation for exceptional client service.
