Luke is a multidisciplinary engineer who combines technical expertise with pragmatic problem-solving to deliver integrated building services solutions across education, health, infrastructure, and technical advisory projects across Australia.

With over 10 years at BRT, Luke has built specialist capabilities working on education and health projects, complemented by infrastructure and technical advisory work including major public housing projects. Luke typically serves as Project Director and lead design engineer, remaining very hands-on through schematic` design to ensure BRT delivers what is best for each project. His approach centres on listening carefully to understand the wants and needs of clients and architects, identifying non-negotiables early to enable projects to proceed smoothly without unnecessary and costly rework.

Luke excels at building rapport across architect, end-user, and subconsultant teams, with his clear communication style and strong understanding of construction methodology enabling him to coordinate complex technical challenges whilst keeping all stakeholders aligned.
