With over 25 years of experience as a multidisciplinary engineer, Alex delivers integrated building services solutions that balance strategic thinking with practical implementation realities.

Drawing upon a broad foundation of experience spanning hospitals, schools, retail, and residential projects, he has built key specialist expertise in education facilities and the health and aged care sector. Alex is proud to have worked with 20-30 health agencies across rural Victoria on projects ranging from small facility upgrades to major hospital redevelopments.

Alex typically undertakes the role of Project Director and lead design engineer, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project journey. His approach combines technical expertise across all engineering disciplines with an innate ability to conceptualise how facilities will function in practice, enabling him to design solutions that serve immediate needs while accommodating future adaptability.

His approachable nature and ability to establish genuine connections that unlock deeper understanding bring value to every project outcome. He asks questions that reveal not just what clients think they need, but also how they’ll actually use spaces and what challenges they’ll face over time, assisting in guiding critical siting, staging and systems design decisions that minimise costs and maximise long-term functionality.
