Woodleigh School Futures Studio

Set on a sloping site on the outskirts of Woodleigh School’s senior campus, the Futures Studio is designed as a learning centre for the Year 10 Regenerative Futures Program, incorporating three single-level pavilions with green roofs linked by courtyards and sheltered outdoor learning areas, providing diverse learning spaces, staff areas, and a shared year-level hub, enabling hands-on learning and direct connection to regenerative systems, materials and thinking.

Waverley Christian College

Over two decades and more than 20 projects, BRT has partnered with Waverley Christian College to deliver diverse facilities across their dual-campus environment, including multi-storey learning buildings, a new performing arts centre and gymnasium, and the refurbishment of an existing science wing.

Moonee Ponds West Primary School

This significant refurbishment project transformed a heritage-listed Hall Building, constructed in 1912, and a locally significant heritage library building into contemporary learning environments, delivering diverse general and specialist learning and breakout spaces, as well as a new library facility, while respecting and showcasing the buildings’ historic architectural character.

Bass Coast College Years 7-9 Campus

This project delivered a new Years 7-9 campus for Bass Coast College on a greenfield site, incorporating an administration and resource centre, classroom blocks, science and technology building, gymnasium building, oval, and landscaping—constructed in just eight months as a single-stage delivery via a D&C process with SJ Higgins.

Emmanuel College Warrnambool – Edmund Rice Centre

Purpose-built for Year 9 students and the 9@RICE programme, the Edmund Rice Centre features three flexible science labs, six general purpose classrooms, three breakout learning areas, food technology and materials technology labs, art and media spaces, an auditorium, and an indoor hard court spanning two storeys, with a key focus on sustainability.

Stonnington Sports Centre

Located within the established Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park, this comprehensive masterplan delivered the fully conditioned Margaret Connellan Stadium, featuring four multipurpose courts with spectator seating, as well as a 200-bay partially underground car park, seven tennis courts, an eight-rink external bowling green, and a two-storey building incorporating change rooms and three function rooms.

Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre

This comprehensive rebuild of St Albans Leisure Centre delivered a new aquatic, health and wellbeing hub incorporating a 50-metre Olympicsized swimming pool, learn-to-swim facilities, warm water program pool, water slides, 24-hour gymnasium, café, creche, allied health centre, and community services tenancies. Designed with a strong sustainability focus, the facility is both the first all-electric and first 6 Star Green Star Design & As-built aquatic centre in Australia.

Early Parenting Centres

This significant expansion of the early parenting centre network across Victoria has delivered two upgrades to existing centres, and will see the development of 9 new centres, with each facility comprising two functionally independent buildings — an inpatient facility for residential family stays at the rear of sites, and an outpatient building housing administration and day activities — connected by linking structures.

East Wimmera Health Service Birchip Campus Redevelopment

This regional health project delivered a new hospital building incorporating 12 aged care beds, three acute inpatient beds, and urgent care facilities, whilst refurbishing the existing building to improve amenities for East Wimmera Health Service staff.

Located on a greenfield site on Gunditjmara Mirring Country, this new medical centre for the Winda-Mara Aboriginal Corporation incorporates consulting suites and treatment rooms that provide culturally safe healthcare for the local Indigenous community.

This complex redevelopment delivered three new operating theatres, expanded recovery and Central Sterilising Supply Department facilities, and a new Cancer Centre on a separate site - all whilst maintaining hospital operations throughout construction.
